Shockingly, the complaint alleges that Trevon Diggs, Stefon’s brother, was also present and witnessed the alleged assault at Tootsie’s Cabaret.
The victim asserts that the altercation resulted in a range of injuries, including a torn ACL. The legal document formally names both Stefon and Trevon Diggs as defendants. The lawsuit seeks damages for defamation, vicarious liability, and a conspiracy to harass the former employee.
Stefon Diggs has yet to formally respond to these latest allegations. His focus remains on preparing for the Super Bowl, a testament to his dominant performance throughout the season as a key offensive weapon for the Patriots.
