President Trump Declared in “Excellent Health” Following Comprehensive Medical Examination
Washington D.C. – The White House has released the findings of President Donald Trump’s latest physical examination, with his physician, Dr. Sean Barbabella, issuing a detailed three-page report. The assessment, conducted recently, paints a picture of a leader in robust health, meeting all the stringent requirements for his demanding roles.
Dr. Barbabella, a U.S. Navy veteran, stated unequivocally in his memo that “President Trump remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function.” The report highlighted the President’s cognitive abilities, noting he achieved a perfect score of 30 out of 30 on a comprehensive cognitive assessment. “Cognitive and physical performance are excellent,” Dr. Barbabella affirmed. “He is fully fit to carry out all duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State.”
Key Health Metrics and Recommendations
The medical report provided specific details regarding the President’s physical measurements. At 6 feet 3 inches tall, Donald Trump weighs 238 pounds.
While the overall health assessment was overwhelmingly positive, Dr. Barbabella did offer some recommendations aimed at further optimising the President’s well-being. “Preventive counseling was provided [during the physical],” the doctor noted. This included guidance on diet, a recommendation to continue taking a low-dose aspirin for cardiovascular prevention, and encouragement for increased physical activity and continued weight management efforts.
Addressing Chronic Venous Insufficiency
A notable finding in the report concerned a condition identified as chronic venous insufficiency. The letter mentioned “slight lower leg swelling, with improvement from last year.” This condition, which can lead to blood pooling in the veins, was also noted during the President’s previous physical examination.
Despite this, the President’s “comprehensive neurological exam” revealed no concerning issues. The findings indicated “normal mental status, intact cranial nerves, normal motor strength, sensation, reflexes, gait and balance.” Furthermore, an advanced electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis, utilising artificial intelligence, was performed on his heart. The memo explained that his “estimated cardiac age is to be approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age,” a testament to his cardiovascular health.
Understanding Frequent Hand Bruising
The physician’s report also addressed a frequently observed characteristic: Donald Trump’s tendency to experience hand bruising. The former star of “The Celebrity Apprentice” has often been seen with discoloured palms, sometimes concealed with makeup or bandages.
The White House has previously attributed these bruises to the vigorous nature of handshaking, a common practice for a public figure, and the President’s use of aspirin. While the standard daily dosage for aspirin is typically 81mg, Trump reportedly informed The Wall Street Journal in January that he takes 325mg.
Dr. Barbabella’s report provided a medical explanation: “Examination of the dorsal hands revealed ecchymosis (bruising), consistent with minor soft tissue irritation related to frequent handshaking in the setting of aspirin use for cardiovascular prevention.” He further clarified that “This represents a common and benign effect of aspirin therapy. No suspicious lesions or concerning growths identified.” This suggests the bruising is a predictable side effect of his medical regimen and interactions, rather than an indicator of a more serious underlying condition. The President’s overall health remains a key focus, with this latest report reinforcing his fitness for office.
