The lawsuit states that in December 2025, two men connected to Stefon Diggs allegedly attacked the plaintiff at a Miami nightclub. Disturbingly, the complaint specifies that Stefon’s brother, Trevon Diggs, was also present and witnessed the alleged altercation.
The victim claims to have sustained a series of injuries during this confrontation at Tootsie’s Cabaret, including a torn ACL. Trevon Diggs has also been named as a defendant in the lawsuit. The legal filing seeks damages for defamation, vicarious liability, and a conspiracy to harass the plaintiff.
Stefon Diggs has yet to formally respond to these new allegations. His focus remains on the upcoming Super Bowl, where he is expected to be a key offensive weapon for the Patriots following a highly productive season.
