Political Analyst Faces Fraud Charges Over Alleged Sh516,000 Tender Scam
A prominent political analyst, Herman Manyora, has been formally charged with fraud, accused of illicitly obtaining Sh516,000 through deceptive practices related to a tender at Nairobi Hospital. The allegations stem from a transaction where Manyora is said to have promised to facilitate the awarding of a tender to a complainant, Josphine Luceno Kavulani, in exchange for the substantial sum.
